• The building was erected in 1878, and is under conservation. The accessibility is limited. Stairs are the only means of reaching the main entrance, but there is a handicap entrance at the back of the building. There are no marked handicap parking spaces by the building. There are two toilets that have been customised to suit handicap needs. These are located next to each other on the bottom floor. The building is fitted with a lift with a manually opened door. The access is further limited by high thresholds and generally low contrast. The State Art Academy is moving in 2011.
