• Villa Grand was built in 1920 and contains seven floors. The building's main contents are the exhibition spaces, offices, meeting rooms and dining rooms.
  
  The parking area next to the building has a marked space for persons with physical impairment, but it is not particularly large. The entrance is step-free with automatic doors.
  
  The building's floors are connected with a lift, except from the two uppermost floors which are only reachable using the stairs. There is an accessible toilet next to the reception.
  
  The reception desk is high and without modifications for the hard of hearing. The lighting in the exhibition spaces is very poor and there are no guidelines in the rooms.
